We do collect names and email addresses of members. We do not sell or share this information. Passwords are required for members to access the archives and to submit nominations. Payments are conducted through the Stripe system, and we do not maintain any payment information. We insulate the user from possible data breaches by using a third party payment system, but we do not receive or store this information on our website.
