The Molière Citations team is delighted to send kudos to Flash Shelton for his pioneering work in protecting the rights of homeowners (especially seniors) against the predations of squatters.

Mr. Shelton has combined the best of the entrepreneurial spirit, community service, and turning personal experience into a valuable tool and service.  We wouldn’t be surprised to see him create an online program called something like “Squatters Out -as-a-Service” — SOaaS!

We commend Flash for his direct work and for sharing his technique with the world of people who pay their own way.

Now, if we could only replicate Flash’s program and address the challenges with some other freeloaders, like people who claim Social Security benefits without ever paying into the system (other than those with disabilities), and students who got useless degrees and want everyone else (especially those without a college education) to forgive their debts, and serial “baby mama” ranchers, just to name a few examples.
