We’ve been noticing the vocal X account of Bill Ackman and the way he has highlighted so many important topics this year. Earlier in January 2024, we issued Bill Ackman a Moliere Celebration for his focus on “restoring Veritas to Harvard” and highlighting the steps that Harvard can take to regain the trust in excellent education that the school was once seen for. Unfortunately the recent protests for Pro-Palestine and anti-Semitism has sparked a lot of controversy within the school and that is what Mr. Ackman hopes to fix.

Flash Shelton created a business from an unfortunate circumstance, one he found himself in when he moved his aging mother out of her house. When he called a real estate agent to list the home for sale, he found squatters had moved in and were unwelcome guests, illegally staying without paying for rent.
