The 2 led attorneys from WilmerHale must have understudied with the PR person at Anheuser Busch who came up with the disastrous Bud Light campaign.

The university president would have done better to follow the Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas model.  Start every answer with “Congressman or Senator,” say you don’t have the specific information with you (despite knowing the questions that would be asked), and tell them you will have your staff prepare an answer and send it in.  Then forget the whole thing.
