NYT gaslighting.
Diversity makes sense if it includes diversity of thought and philosophy.
But “DEI” is rooted in the oppressed/oppressor mindset, and is divisive rather than teamwork oriented. In practice it discourages any departure from the narrative.
The DEI folks will tell you that if you oppose it, you just don’t understand it. Like socialism works, it just hasn’t been done right before.

First aspect to point out from this article, there are as many as 500 companies that need “help” with their DEI business division? The article references a need for a consultant to assist with the back lash against the DEI divisions. I sure hope this nonsense is unraveling!
